Table of Contents

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for or using Baiyar's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Description of Service

Baiyar provides payment infrastructure, including payment links, checkout, a dashboard, and an API, to help businesses in Indonesia accept payments via QRIS, virtual accounts, e-wallets, and retail outlets, and to record and pay out the proceeds. Baiyar acts as a technology platform and a payment funds intermediary through Payment Providers. Baiyar is not the seller of your products or services and does not act as Merchant of Record: you remain the seller and are responsible for your products, services, taxes, and obligations to your customers. Your balance at Baiyar is a record of a claim on funds held with a Payment Provider, not a deposit. The full terms are in the Business Partner Terms.

3. Account & Verification

You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up, including for identity verification (KYC) purposes. Baiyar may refuse or suspend accounts that don't meet verification requirements.

4. Fees & Payment

Transaction fees apply based on your selected plan and the payment method your customer uses, as described on the Pricing page. Baiyar may change its fee structure with prior notice.

5. User Obligations

You may not use Baiyar's services for illegal activity, including but not limited to online gambling, fraud, money laundering, or any violation of applicable Indonesian law. Full detail on prohibited use is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in permanent account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.

6. Suspension & Termination

Baiyar may suspend or terminate your access to the service if we find a violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at the request of a competent authority.

7. Limitation of Liability

Baiyar is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service, including transaction failures caused by disruptions at a Payment Provider (such as a bank, e-wallet, or QRIS provider) outside our control.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or dashboard notification before taking effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
