Depending on the Transaction, data may include:

  • order information;
  • payment information;
  • other information provided during the Transaction.

Technical Data

When you use Baiyar's services, we may receive information such as:

  • IP address;
  • device type;
  • browser and operating system;

  • activity and security logs;
  • error information and suspicious activity.

2. How We Use Data

We use Personal Data to:

  • provide and operate Baiyar's services;
  • create and manage accounts;
  • perform verification and KYC;
  • process and record Transactions;
  • process Payouts to Business Partners;
  • maintain system security;
  • detect and prevent fraud or misuse;
  • provide customer support;
  • handle Transaction reports and issues;
  • improve the quality and security of our services;
  • meet legal obligations and requests from authorized authorities.

We only process Personal Data in accordance with the applicable purpose and legal basis for processing.

3. KYC and Verification

In the KYC process, Baiyar may use technology such as OCR, document checks, and information matching to assist verification.

Automated check results may require additional checks or manual review.

We may request additional information or documents where necessary to complete verification or maintain the security of our services.

4. Who We Share Data With

Baiyar may share Personal Data with other parties where necessary to provide our services or meet applicable obligations.

Such parties may include:

  • Business Partners, for Transaction or service fulfillment purposes;
  • Payment Providers, to process and verify payments, verify Business Partners, and pay out funds;
  • infrastructure, storage, security, communication, and customer support providers;
  • verification or security service providers;
  • professional advisors where necessary;
  • authorities, where required or permitted by law.

We seek to ensure that parties processing data on Baiyar's behalf have access only to the extent necessary to perform their function.

5. Business Partners and Customer Data

A Business Partner may provide Baiyar with a Customer's Personal Data in order to use our services.

The Business Partner is responsible for ensuring that such data is provided and processed on a lawful basis.

In certain circumstances, Baiyar may process data on behalf of a Business Partner.

In other circumstances, Baiyar may process data for its own purposes, such as security, fraud prevention, Transaction recording, reconciliation and payout of funds with Payment Providers, support, and compliance with legal obligations.

The Business Partner is the seller and decides how Customer data is used for its sales. By creating an Account, the Business Partner agrees that its data and its Transactions are shared with Payment Providers to the extent needed to process Transactions, KYC, and payouts of funds.

6. Cookies

Baiyar uses cookies and similar technologies for purposes such as:

  • login and authentication;
  • security;
  • storing preferences;
  • running website functions;
  • understanding how our services are used, where this feature is used.

Baiyar may use service providers that process or store data in Indonesia or in other countries.
