Is there a monthly fee?
There's no monthly fee or subscription. You only pay a transaction fee when a customer's payment succeeds.
Is there a setup or activation fee?
No. You can start accepting payments with Baiyar with no integration or activation fee at all.
When is the transaction fee charged?
The fee is only charged once a customer's transaction succeeds (status: paid). Failed or expired transactions are never charged.
How does QRIS pricing work?
QRIS is charged 0.7% + Rp250 for transactions below Rp150,000, and 0.7% + 0.2% of the amount for transactions of Rp150,000 and above, following Bank Indonesia's QRIS rules.
When do funds from a transaction land in my account?
Funds from QRIS and Virtual Account transactions settle T+1 — one business day after the transaction succeeds.
Does Baiyar already support e-wallets like OVO, DANA, or ShopeePay?
E-wallets are still in development and coming soon. QRIS and Virtual Account are the active payment methods today.
Is there a minimum transaction amount?
There's no minimum transaction amount to use Baiyar.
Can these rates change?
Rates may be adjusted over time following each payment method provider's own policies. We'll notify merchants ahead of any significant change.
